When you think of Koikawa Sake Brewery, you think of hot sake, and when you think of hot sake, you think of Koikawa.
This is a Junmai Ginjo sake made primarily from Miyamanishiki, a variety of sake rice from Yamagata that is ideal for sake brewing.
Although it is a little young after being aged for a year, it has a full-bodied flavor and can be enjoyed warm to hot. It is a great supporting actor to complement food, and the higher the temperature, the sharper the dry taste becomes. Please keep it on hand during the winter!
