Fukushin's classic Shuto, mellow flavor with low salt seasoning

Fresh bonito innards are salted and aged for 10 months. We remove the salt and season it using our own proprietary method. With only 10% salt, it has a mild flavor and goes well with alcohol and rice.

Ingredients: Bonito, salt, sake, mirin, sugar, honey, starch syrup, spices, brewed vinegar, seasonings (amino acids, etc.) Some of the ingredients include wheat and soybeans. Shelf life: 300 days from the date of manufacture Storage precautions: Store at room temperature
