We waited until the sugar content and fruit flavor of Muscat Bailey A, which was contracted and cultivated in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, and harvested it in early November. Carefully brewed to bring out the characteristics of Muscat Bailey A, aged in French wine barrels for 10 months, then bottled without filtration and without heating. A fine and deep red wine that harmonizes the gorgeous fruit aroma of Muscat Bailey A with the complex flavor derived from barrels.
