During winter (November to March), we ship via standard delivery.
If you prefer refrigerated delivery, please select "Refrigerated Delivery" (+440 yen) when placing your order.

This is a new sake brewed with "Yamada Nishiki" and "Dewa Kirari" rice.
Two to three days after pressing, once the sediment has settled, the clear sake is carefully separated and bottled unfiltered. Please enjoy the robust umami of the freshly made sake.
