This is a "White Label" shizuku-tori nigori version, made with Toji Tooda's specialty, yeast No. 77. It is an extremely limited bottling (pasteurized) with an allocated quantity. Please enjoy the malic acid, which brings out the characteristics of the yeast, and the elegant sweetness along with the nigori extract.
