Yonezuru Nouveau is the first new sake of the season from Yonezuru Brewery.
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, freshly bottled directly from the tank! It has a crisp, refreshing taste, making it an excellent food-pairing sake. The fruity sensation fills the mouth, and the clean, citrusy acidity brings the finish together. After opening, the flavor develops further, becoming even juicier. Be careful not to drink too much!
