This is a direct-draw raw sake brewed using the powerful fermentation yeast "YK007" and "Dewa no Sato" sake rice developed for brewing pure rice sake.
Taking advantage of the characteristics of sake rice, which does not require much polishing to produce a taste with few impurities, we have created a clear, crisp, dry sake. The full-bodied flavor is also recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature. Please enjoy at your preferred temperature.
