This freshly brewed sake, made from Yamagata Prefecture's "Dewasansan" sake rice, is bottled "jikugumi" (directly from the press) immediately after pressing, without being transferred to tanks. By minimizing exposure to air, the unpasteurized sake maintains its exceptionally fresh state.
