This summer, we bring you the most delicious sake from the brewery "Yonetsuru Shuzo"!

*Yonetsuru Shuzo has won gold at the National New Sake Appraisal for four consecutive years, from Reiwa 5 to 8.

This sake was selected by members of the Japan Prestigious Sake Association who gathered at the Yonetsuru brewery for "Hatsu Nomikiri*" to evaluate the quality of the sake at this stage and present the most delicious one to our customers.
The selection process involved a blind tasting of five brewing batches, with participants voting for their favorites. The top two items were then tasted again, and the sake that received the most votes was chosen as the special selection.

The chosen one was Tank No. 50!
