The sake rice used is “Yuki Megami” → “Dewa Kirari”, and this time it is a direct brew of “Miyama Nishiki”. The voluminous finish is filled with a bottle of the middle part that has less miscellaneous taste and umami! The sharp finish that makes use of the characteristics of Miyama Nishiki is also wonderful.
