This is an unfiltered junmai-shu (pure rice sake) that is actively sparkling, brewed with local "Dewa no Sato" sake rice. It is characterized by its thick lees, and you can also enjoy the grainy texture of the moromi (sake mash).Its rich and robust flavor is recommended not only served straight but also mixed with strong carbonated water!

*There is a risk of overflow, so please be sure to store it upright and chilled.
