It is a gem bearing the name of the first brewery "Heishiro" of Tatenokawa Sake Brewery founded in 1832.
The design has been renewed with the theme color of "purple", which has been valuable since ancient times. Purple, which is considered to be the most noble Japanese color, is layered with the feelings of this sake.
Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture, has been polished to 28% to bring out the fruity, condensed ginjo aroma and rich taste of Yamada Nishiki.
At Tatenokawa Sake Brewery, we often use the name “○ryu” after the river.
