"Dewa Sansan" is an original rice suitable for sake brewing in Yamagata Prefecture and cultivated by our own brewer's rice research group in Tatenokawa.
When poured into a glass, it has a transparent color. When you put it in your mouth, the soft flavor will gently wrap your entire mouth. The balance with acidity is also expected. Subtle sweetness and round aftertaste. It will show you the best performance as a sake to accompany your meal.
