In Kaminoyama, Nanyo City, Takahashi-kun, who works at the post office, dedicates his weekends to farming, striving to preserve his late father's vineyard. He has semi-macerated for 60 days four varieties of large-berry grapes inherited from his father: Fujiminori, Takasumi, Steuben, and Summer Black.
While retaining the sweet strawberry aroma characteristic of large-berry grapes, this authentic rosé preparation also offers a moderate tannic sensation, making it a good accompaniment to meals. Enjoy this new, casual sparkling rosé wine.
