Takahashi-kun, who works at the post office and farms on weekends in Ueno, Nanyo City, is trying to protect his late father's farm. He took over the four types of grapes from his father - Fujiminori, Takasumi, Steuben, and Summer Black - which are large-grained - and semi-macerated them for 60 days.
The sweet strawberry aroma is characteristic of large strawberries, and the moderate tannins produced by the traditional rosé brewing method are also felt, making it a perfect match for meals.
