Nature Sky is a sake created to evoke the thrill that suddenly wells up in your chest and the feeling of your vision expanding the moment you embark on a new journey.
The underflow water of the Zao mountain range is clear, having silently passed through a strong geological foundation. The light and expansive qualities are brought forth by the climate that nurtures fruit trees. All of these elements breathe life into this single cup.
The initial aroma is refreshing and subtle. When you take a sip, it gently fills your mouth, as if a natural landscape is unfolding. We aimed for a flavor that leaves an aftertaste as vivid as a lingering scene after you finish drinking. Nature Sky is a sake brewed with the goal of creating a quality that naturally deepens the drinker's breathing.

■ What is Mogami Kosho?
Mogami Kosho is a brand born with the aim of becoming a new symbol reflecting the rich climate and culture of the Takase region in Yamagata Prefecture. It was named out of respect for Mogami Yoshiaki, a Sengoku-period warlord who bravely navigated his era and built the prosperity of Yamagata.
Like his achievements, for which he was praised as "Kosho" (Tiger General), we want this sake to be talked about for generations to come. We aim to create a drink that embodies a dignified aroma and powerful umami, uplifting the spirits of those who drink it.
