``Yuki Megami'' is a new rice suitable for sake brewing developed by Yamagata Prefecture, following ``Dewa Sansan'' and ``Dewa no Sato.'' Rather than relying on Daiginjo sake, which relies on the king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, it was developed to create high-quality Daiginjo sake made entirely from Yamagata Prefecture from raw rice.
The Snow Goddess was polished to 40%, and all the ingredients were used in Yamagata, and the brewer and his wife carefully brewed it using the best ingredients and techniques.
