This year marks the fifth year since Yamagata Masamune produced "Aizan."
Following on from the previous term, this was the No. 1 finish in all tank tastings this term. Rather than a gorgeous, sweet sake, this is a sake that expresses a refreshing, fruity sweetness. It will be at its best towards the end of the year. Please enjoy this product that the brewery has endorsed.
