Among Inazo's seasonal products, this one is as popular as the New Year's special!
*Only the 720ml bottle is a "usuni-gori" (lightly cloudy) sake.
Similar to last year, we've expressed a celebratory feeling with a strong fizz. This season, the sake has a clear and transparent quality, reflecting the hard rice used as an ingredient. Please enjoy the dry finish, characteristic of our brewery.
P.S. The message on the back label, "I'm sure you'll come," is an homage to Tatsuro Yamashita's famous song, "Christmas Eve." This year, I hope the rain turns to snow after midnight.
