Each letter of the brand was taken and named, and life was breathed into it.

The theme of this season's Mitsuo Yamakawa is collaboration with "fermented foods."
Mitsuo seems to have gone camping with autumn eggplants.
Tonight's meal is "autumn eggplant grilled in miso butter foil". It's supposed to be slowly grilled over charcoal, but I can't wait to wait.
