A sparkling type of the brewery's signature sake, the "Jusui" series.
Enjoy the fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of fruit, the rich, juicy flavor, and the effervescence that creates a refreshing, sparkling taste.
The bottles are heat sterilized by pasteurization, so they can be stored at room temperature, but when ready to drink, chill them well in the refrigerator and then open them slowly without shaking the bottle.
