This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made with Aizan rice and polished to 45%, and is proudly brewed by the first master brewer, Hideyuki Goto.
It has a gorgeous and elegant ginjo aroma and a full-bodied, delicious finish that brings out the full flavor of Aizan. Please enjoy the rich, umami flavor with a strong presence.
