This Junmai Daiginjo was brewed slowly at low temperatures with the powerful yeast of the kimoto method, using excellent Dewasansan sake rice milled down to 45%. It was bottled "funamae" (directly from the press). It boasts a fresh, vibrant ginjo aroma, a lively effervescence right after pressing, and overflowing juicy deliciousness.
This new, must-try item for the season is available in limited quantities and will be sold out once stock runs out.
