This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made by polishing Yamagata Prefecture's original sake rice "Yukimegami" to 50% and brewing it with kimoto. Using old-fashioned Yamagata yeast, this one pursues a gentle and fresh ginjo aroma reminiscent of Muscat and a clear taste.
