First brewing of Pinot Noir grown and brewed in-house, 100% new French oak barrels (only one barrel brewed), aged in barrels for 10 months, aged in bottles for 41 months (as of January 2025)
This is a mellow red wine with a rich acidity and astringency, and a harmonious aroma of raspberries, violets, and leaf mold, as well as a roasted aroma.
