Made with 100% Koshu grapes grown in the Kushibiki district of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. A dry white wine with a well-balanced soft citrus aroma and crisp acidity. An independent wine competition established in 1997, exhibited at the 20th JWC (Japan Wine Challenge) 2017, one of the largest competitions in Asia. Among the more than 1,700 entries from 30 countries around the world, in addition to the gold and regional trophies, we were also awarded the international trophy, the highest ranking in the competition, where only 11 works were selected.
