Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. It has a mellow and elegant aroma and a strong taste.
In recent years, Takeda Winery's concept of "how to listen to the voice of the grapes and bring out the flavor of the grapes" is fully demonstrated in this wine. Minimize sulfites. Long-term fermentation in old barrels. It has plenty of deep fruity notes and is still reductive. The voluminous acidity tightens the whole, and it is a wine that is still looking forward to aging.
