This is the brewery's first sparkling fruit liqueur using apples. The first product is a cider made from 100% apples (Fuji) from their own vineyards.
It has a sweet apple honey aroma, a strong gas pressure and a dry aftertaste with a refreshing sourness from the ingredients, and just like sake, it has a sharp taste that is characteristic of Masamune, making it a drink you will never tire of. It goes well with gyoza and meat-based oily dishes!
