In 1989, Takeda Winery succeeded in making full-fledged sparkling wine using secondary fermentation in the bottle, just like champagne. Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes carefully selected from our own fields. It is a non-dose that does not add liqueur after racking. Yoshiko is the name of Yoshiko Takeda (wife of Shigenobu Takeda, the 4th head of the family) who devoted herself to the development of the winery.
