"Stuben" and "Muscat Berry A" from Okitama, Yamagata Prefecture are brewed at a low temperature for 3 months (90 days). By avoiding rapid sugar fermentation, colder maceration was achieved, allowing the aromas of the skins to move more into the liquid. Also, this time, lactic acid fermentation was properly performed in the tank before secondary fermentation in the bottle. As a result, the development of umami became a fun wine. You can also feel the fruity incense and aroma as you open the bottle. Please enjoy the coming autumn signs with "Okitama Punch", which is not "Fruit Punch".
