Made from 100% Yamagata-grown Chardonnay grapes. After destemming and crushing, the wine underwent skin contact (macerating the skins in the juice for a certain period) and was carefully brewed through low-temperature fermentation to bring out the fruity characteristics of the Chardonnay. It was then aged in carefully selected French oak barrels. You can enjoy the fragrant, toasted notes from the barrels and the elegant flavor of Chardonnay. Perfect with seafood dishes.
