Hakurosuishu Junmai Daiginjo Jellyfish
When you think of summer at Hakurosuishu, you think of jellyfish.
The brewery is located in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is home to the world's largest jellyfish aquarium. Since its reopening in June 2014, the brewery has been selling Jellyfish, a sake brewed from the local rice variety "Dewa Kirari," which is 50% polished.
It has a slightly thick texture in the mouth and a mellow, rich, sweet finish. Enjoy it with sashimi.
