This Honjozo nama-genshu (unpasteurized, undiluted honjozo sake) is crafted by Wadashuzo, a brewery with approximately 80% local consumption, and is made entirely from Yamagata-sourced rice, water, yeast, and koji.
This year, too, our brewers have put their heart and soul into its production. Please fully enjoy the powerful yet fresh umami with an alcohol content of over 19%!
