The owner of the bar, Yoko, is a fastidious person, and carefully selects Jersey yogurt, which is then exquisitely blended with the flavor of Tatenogawa's Junmai Daiginjo sake. The name "Yoko" reflects the amazing taste born from the encounter of the two, and the owner's feelings about the product.
The yogurt content is 50%, which means half of the bottle is yogurt, making it a very rich drink.
