The barrel fermentation gives it a long-lasting, rich aroma and a viscous texture that melts on the tongue, resulting in a very appealing flavor. It has apricot and mango aromas, as well as a gentle citrus aroma. The flavor has a mineral feel, which tightens the aftertaste.
