Aiming to capture the fruitiness unique to Yamagata Delaware, I used mille-feuille and carbonic maceration to bring out the nuances of the skin, and then macerated regularly at low temperatures to fully extract the umami. I created this orange wine with the Delaware grapes from the weekend farming collectives in Yamagata and Nanyo City. Aroma, richness, umami, and crispness... I'm sure it will pair well with a variety of dishes. The name "Dela Guy" is a natural nod to the wine. Looking back on my 30 years of winemaking experience, I recognize that Delaware grapes were once a minority grape at the time, but now they're at the other end of the spectrum. This blend expresses the potential of grapes and pays homage to the gold medal won at the Tokyo Olympics in 1964 with a weightlifting motif. The "O" in GLOOVE and the number of weightlifters represent the number of blends.

capacity: 750ml
manufacturer: Yellow Magic Winery
type: Orange Flavor: Dry / Fruity Alcohol: 11%
